I know that this organization is open to both faculty and administrators. It is for this reason I would like to pose a couple of questions. The first one: Would you be better off paid by the hour(especially since we are given more and more papers to shuffle) rather than receive a salary. If education is so important to the people of Georgia, why do I spend more of my time attending meetings, writting reports, and serving on various non educational function activities. With hourly pay, you can receive overtime pay past forty hours. This might help reduce your work load. Reggie Hudson
